Step 1: Creating Multiple Choice Questions
- Turn on Edit Mode, which is a toggle located on the top right of your main course page.
- Create a quiz or locate a quiz you already have created.
- Click on the name of the quiz.
- Click the Actions menu on the right
- Click Edit Quiz.
- Click
- Click + a new question.
- Scroll through the menu and select True/False.
Step 2: Customizing the Question
- “Category” field: This option allows you to add this question into a question bank. This is beneficial if creating pools of questions to generate quizzes from. For more information on creating and using question banks contact the ODTL ([email protected]).
- “Question name” field: This is used to identify each individual question, which can be useful for editing the questions later or adding them to question banks.
- “Question text” field”: Type the true/false prompt or statement.
- “Default points” field: Enter the number of points this question is worth. If needed, this can be changed later.
- “General Feedback” field: Provide general feedback related to the question only. The feedback entered in this field should not be specific to the answer the student provides. General feedback is optional.
- "ID number” field: This is not needed. Skip this step.
